Standard UK Delivery

Delivery in the UK Mainland is ordinarily £3.95 on all orders.

Express UK Delivery (next day)

Orders placed before 1pm with express delivery, guarantee delivery for the next working day.

Express Delivery Costs - £5.50

Timescales:

Available for most in-stock fashion, textiles and small household items. All delivery options are available when ordering online and refer to working days only. E.g. item ordered on Saturday choosing "next day option" (before cut off time) will be delivered on a Tuesday.

Where timescales for standard free delivery varies from above, we will inform you onthe relevant product pages. This includes many large-scale appliances and furniture items. Next day and specified day deliveries are not available for all areas - we will advise you at time of order if your address is covered. There will be a separate charge of £2.95 for each specified delivery day.

Can you tell me what time of day?

Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time for delivery.

Please note: Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. This also applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. All items are subject to stock availability. If we cannot supply goods in our advised time-scale we will continue to deliver and inform you of any delay.

Will you deliver to an alternate address?

Yes, we offer an address book facility so that you can have your goods delivered wherever is most convenient for you. You can add or choose an alternate address at checkout.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

Please note: In requesting delivery of a product you will be agreeing that the delivery company has the right to go onto the property and, if no-one is available to receive delivery, to leave the goods in any unlocked location at that delivery address. They will endeavour to ensure that any such location is dry and out of general sight.

In some instances, you will be required to provide a signature when your order is delivered. You will be advised of this on the checkout page.

If you are not in when we try to deliver your goods, and we are unable to leave them in a safe, secure place we will leave a card notifying you of the time we attempted delivery. We will also provide contact details so that you can arrange delivery to an alternate location if preferred.

Please note: Our Home Delivery Network service will only accommodate requests from customers who have been carded, where the redirection is to a residential address and within the Depot catchment area.
