You may only download to your personal computer for viewing purposes and print out a number of pages of this web site for your personal use.

Unfortunately, because of the nature of selling via the Internet and product variability, we cannot guarantee that the product colours will be of an exact likeness as seen or as described. Although we strive to portray images in a realistic light, sometimes we are governed by what imagery is available. Product imagery is sometimes displayed in an aesthetic manner (mood shots may be used) and may not necessarily be in conformance with the approved use of such products. The colours and dimensions of the products portrayed on the site are merely there as a guide. We strive to portray the products as as we can to the actual colour ways, but we have no control over your personal computer and its settings. Some products incorporate natural materials (e.g. wood, leather, etc.) which may also vary slightly. Therefore colours of products may vary slightly 'in the flesh' from the colour that is portrayed on the website.

How To Use The Site

Browsing:

Use the navigation buttons to the left and top of each page to visit our main pages. Each main gift category page shows the top selling gifts   On the top left hand corner of each page as you navigate, there is a trail feature which shows you where you are in the site and the pages you have navigated to. As you navigate through, the left, top and right panes should always be the same and the content in the middle will only change to show you what that page is displaying. 

Viewing Product Information and Larger Images:

Small thumbnail images, titles and prices are shown on the pages - to see a larger image and detailed description of the product, click the thumbnail image or the 'more info' button just to the right. A window will pop up and tell you everything you need to know - including whether the item is in stock or out of stock. Prices are shown in UK £'s . 

Adding or Removing Products to Your Basket:

You can add a product to your basket immediately, by clicking the 'add to cart' button to the right of the thumbnail image. You can also add an item to your basket from the main product information window. The quantity of an item can be changed either in your basket. To remove an item from your basket, change the quantity to zero then press 'update basket'. 

Calculating Shipping or Delivery Costs:

Your basket will calculate any delivery charges that are applicable. You can select the type of delivery you may want from the drop down box within your basket. You can also change this at the checkout if necessary. 

Registering/Setting Up Your Account Details:

You can browse the site and add things to your basket without registering. Then when you go through the checkout process, the details you fill in there is the secure registration page so you only have to fill in your details once. Our security and privacy policy will be available for you to read should you want to check anything. 

Checking Out:

The checkout is a 3 page process and is totally secure. The first page allows you to add or select different delivery addresses, change quantities. If you make any changes to this page, please click the 'update' button. The second page asks you to check all the details. If they are correct, continue to add your payment details underneath and then press submit order, If the details are incorrect, press back to return to the previous page

When you press submit order, you will be taken to a confirmation page that will give you your order number. You will also be sent a confirmation email. If one or both of these do not happen, your order may not have been received.
